Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 6 hrs for cancellation or reschedule is required. MISSED APPOINTMENTS If a client fails to cancel their appt/or no-shows, they will be required to pay 50% of their scheduled service. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Clients will be given one grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. LATE ARRIVALS Please note that if you are more than 15 min late to scheduled appointment we may have to reschedule it if cannot be completed in the time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 min or more into your appointment it will be considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment. I understand that emergencies happen and life comes up.
